Tickets for Roederer Cristal – A Deep Dive on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, at Le Bernardin in New York City are now available to purchase. This very special evening featuring Champagne Louis Roederer’s iconic tête de cuvée Cristal marks the house’s 250th anniversary and Cristal’s 150th anniversary. Longtime Chef de Caves Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon will present the wines as Antonio Galloni moderates what is sure to be a very lively discussion. Executive Chef Eric Ripert and Wine Director Aldo Sohm will collaborate on a special menu.

 
This will be a Cristal dinner unlike any other. More than just a celebration, the evening will be an immersion into all things Cristal. We will explore the themes that have shaped Cristal over the last several decades and discuss each wine in detail. Guests will have the opportunity to taste a breathtaking selection of Champagnes, including the new 2018 Cristal and 2008 Late Release Cristal and Cristal Rosé, along with a stunning selection of older vintages culminating with the 1989 Cristal Rosé and 1988 Cristal. Most of the wines will be served en magnum.
